• To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Returns:

• Once you receive your RA number, please securely package the item(s) along with the original packing slip or order confirmation.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

Exchanges:

• To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at zoemain1804@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process and receive your RA number.
• Once your exchange request is approved, please securely package the item(s) along with the original packing slip or order confirmation.

 Refunds:
• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

• Undergarments or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Defective Items:
